Return & Refund Policy – 

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of order cancellation, please ensure it is done before the product is shipped.

• Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled via the website.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Exchanged product will be delivered within 3 days.

• Return will be done within 5 days.

• Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. Please refer to the individual product page for return eligibility. Policies are subject to change without prior notice.

• If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address (details will be provided upon request).

• Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Important Return Guidelines:

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• Products should be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Returns without tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return window mentioned on the product page. Requests outside this period will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–4 business days.
